- Operated pre-enrollment education programs for 2025 freshmen (Introduction to SW and Problem Solving, Advanced SW and Problem Solving)
- Operated and managed SW basic courses for the first semester of 2025 (Digital SW – 12 designated SW courses)
- Recruited and managed part-time instructors for the 2025 academic year at the Convergence Education Center

- Promoted recruitment of students for the SW Convergence/Interdisciplinary Minor Majors (1st semester, 2025)
- Promoted recruitment of students for the SW Convergence/Interdisciplinary Majors (2nd semester, 2025)
- Promoted and selected 15 students for the 2025 SW Convergence Track (Digital Agriculture AI)
- Selected 4 student assistants for the XR Lab and conducted administrator training (2025)
- Operated and managed 8 TAs for SW Convergence courses in the 1st semester of 2025
- Provided material support for three practical courses in the 2025 SW Convergence curriculum
- Launched new SW-linked major: Big Data Accounting (May 2025)
- Opened and managed five SW-STEMCELL courses in the 1st semester of 2025
