- Hosted the Glocal University Innovation Agreement Ceremony and Forum between JBNU, Jeonbuk State, Ministry of Education, and the National Research Foundation (Feb. 21, 2024)
- JBNU President elected as the first Chair of the Glocal University Council (Mar. 2024)
- Glocal University Vision Declaration and 1st General Assembly of the Glocal University Council held (Apr. 25, 2024)
- Disbursement and execution of Namwon City budget for 2024 (KRW 3 billion) (Apr. 2024 – Feb. 2025)
- Status review meeting for Namwon Glocal Campus with the President of JBNU and Mayor of Namwon (Jul. 22, 2024)
