    • Three meetings of the Major Assignment Committee held due to the broadening of freshman recruitment units
    • Establishment of operational guidelines for major assignments following the expansion of freshman recruitment units
    • Two surveys on major preferences conducted in response to the broadening of recruitment units
  • Faculty Affairs Team
    • Management of faculty and teaching assistant quotas in accordance with Ministry of Education allocations
    • Ongoing recruitment of outstanding faculty who contribute to talent development and local community advancement
    • Selection and support for domestic and international research professors to enhance research capabilities of full-time faculty (twice annually)
    • Events for educational public servants including appointment ceremonies and workshops for new professors, administrative faculty, and teaching assistants
  • Educational Support Team
    • Introduction of “Major Exploration” course for freshmen as part of the broader recruitment unit reform
      • Engineering 1, 2, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences: Integrated major exploration courses established
      • Social Studies Education, Life Sciences: Basic major courses introduced
    • Implementation of the track-based curriculum system
    • Improvement of the multiple major system (relaxation of eligibility requirements to expand opportunities)
    • Establishment of various interdisciplinary and convergent majors
